Initiation of Reforms in the Malawi Electoral Commission

Public Sector Reforms Management Unit (PSRMU) held a reforms initiation session with the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) on 16th March, 2020. The objective of the meeting was to initiate reforms in MEC aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of the overall electoral processes in Malawi.

Tobacco Control Commission

Automation of the Car Park at KIA
This reform area was initiated to optimize car park fee collection and enhance safety and security of vehicles at Kamuzu International Airport. The reform was fully implemented effective 18th November, 2015 and resulted to the construction of a toll gate at KIA in 2016.
