Likoma District Council encouraged to develop a master plan

Vice-President Dr Saulos Chilima has encouraged Likoma District Council to develop and cost the district’s master plan for submission to central government and other development partners.
Likoma is an island district made up of two islands namely, Likoma and Chizumulu.
