Enhanced Public Sector Performance

Justification

Justification

NFRA currently operates largely with manual systems that are prone to errors, delays, and inefficiencies in stock control, procurement, and financial management. Implementing an ERP system will integrate finance, procurement, inventory, assets, and HR into a single platform, enhancing transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, especially for emergency relief distribution.

This reform will also facilitate real-time tracking of SFR stock, improve financial controls, and enable data-driven decision-making, aligning NFRA with best practices in public sector management.
