Effective Governance Systems And Institutions

Justification

Justification

The current manual and fragmented M&E process rendered delays, inconsistencies, and limited real-time visibility of the transport sector's performance and contribution to the economic growth of the nation. A digital system is expected to streamline data collection, standardize reporting across all departments under the Ministry, enable real-time tracking of outputs and financial performance, strengthen accountability, and align reporting with Government requirements. Ultimately enabling the ministry to undertake data driven planning and implement evidence-based interventions with greater precision, efficiency and impact.
