Justification

The availability of reliable and sustainable bulk water supply is central to SLWSC's mandate and to improving access to safe water in the areas served by the Salima-Lilongwe Water Supply System. However, the intended benefits of the system cannot be fully realised until the critical water intake, treatment, transmission, pumping, storage and associated infrastructure is completed and commissioned.
