Justification
Enhancing the electronic case plus management system with new and improved features will ensure effective data management and monitoring of service delivery and improved quality of service delivery by the legal aid officers. This will be achieved by improving the system functionality, thereby making it more reliable and reduce downtime. Specifically, the upgraded system will bring about improved case tracking and case status updates, quality data management and storage and better reporting and analysis for decision making. The electronic case plus management will also enhance efficiency and digital transformation of justice systems
