Justification

There is limited health and wellness workplace programming to address HIV and AIDS in workplaces as evidenced by the absence of active HIV and AIDS workplace committees and outdated workplace policies, this also impacts men’s access to health services. The Reform Area will ensure increased access to services by hard to reach populations such as men and mobile populations.
