Justification

Many people with disabilities in Malawi face challenges to access assistive products in Malawi due to various challenges which include; service providers are found mainly in towns while most of the people live in rural areas, high production cost of the products and inappropriate imported assistive devices that does not meet the required standards

MACODA has an obligation as provided for in the Persons with Disabilities Act, to provide assistive products to persons with disabilities.
