Justification
Digital transformation is essential for modernising the management of Public Sector Reforms. Manual and fragmented processes undermine efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. Institutionalising PSRIMS and digitising reform processes will create a unified, data‑driven system that enhances coordination, reporting, and decision‑making. This reform area supports the Department’s mandate to improve planning, monitoring, and service delivery by ensuring that reforms are managed through modern, integrated, and sustainable digital systems.
