Justification
Justification
There is a need to decentralize ODPOD operations to regional levels in order to improve accessibility, responsiveness, and capacity to effectively implement the institution’s mandate. To achieve this, ODPOD will undertake an institutional functional review to assess existing functions, staffing levels, and operational structures, and to realign them in line with decentralized service delivery and current institutional demands.
