Justification
Currently, we lack sufficient teachers trained to identify and respond to varied learning needs, limiting the participation and achievement of learners with diverse needs and other vulnerabilities. Transforming the college will strengthen pre-service teacher training by embedding inclusive education principles, specialized pedagogies, and practical skills for supporting all learners. This reform will ultimately contribute to a more equitable and responsive education system by ensuring a steady supply of teachers equipped to deliver inclusive, learner-centered education. It will further contribute to promotion of innovation in production of assistive technologies for learners with diverse needs
